There are enough materials for that.
What would the design and craft DCs and durations be?

Kegmur is a five foot tall hairless dwarf.  He is near emotionless and particularly humorless.  He is very strong and tireless.  He was a gunner's mate on the Badger 5.

Speaking a mix of dwarven and common that gets better the longer he is around everyone, he doesn't like most of the other crew.  He is friendly with Frone, the grey skinned dwarf and few others, but he appears to be coming around as times passes.

He has never spoken of any religion or faith and seems mesmerized when anyone speaks of their deity.  It is a foreign concept to him of a deity that cares anything for mortals.

He has several brands and tattoos which he has indicated he gathered during his time as a slave to many masters.

Can Q design and fashion a simple clicker for the staff perch from the scrap in his secret lair? I imagine a wall mounted folding bracket that provides a cantilever support for the staff.

There are enough materials for that.

Jirizumi is a 4 foot tall red skinned ogre-looking creature.  His look is close to Horarian in style.  Despite wearing what you would call wooden armor, he is clearly a spellcaster as he is a helmsman.  You gather that he does not speak common and can only communicate with a few others on the ship, those that speak his language or some form of goblin or ogre.

Whether he is actually grumpy all the time or not, he certainly looks that way.  He never seems happy with the food and he knew nothing about sailing.  You have often seem him laughing at others, although about what you cannot tell.

You have seen him 'praying' every day, although he is not a cleric.  You are confident that he is some form of sorcerer.

Femaldi is a Nipit.  He is one of the only Habololians, that like Phineas, joined the mission to leave Habololy.  He is unremarkable for a Nipit, as is typically the case with their race.

He is disappointed that he was assigned to be the cook because he was a Nipit and the stereotype annoyed him.  He would much rather be a navigator or voider.  With that said, it has been determined that he is in fact the best cook despite only having family training.

The creature called Ich is an Xixchil.  Neither male or female, it looks like a centipede, although it doesn't have a hundred legs, more like ten.  The top four are closer to arms.  Its head is a bit more defined than an insects with a mouth that articulates more.  It is dark blue and gray in color.  Ich wears belts, armor, harness and other things which are designed to protect and carry.  It doesn't appear to be affected much by temperature or humility.

Ich is a carpenter, using mouth and arms and legs to quickly define wood.  It is comfortable working and moving but otherwise lays about doing nothing.  It is entertained and happy when things are happening, and almost hibernating when there is long quiet times.

It understands common and can respond in common, albeit in an emotionless robotic tone.  Its feeling comes through if you understand its motions and movements.  It gets along well with Wisk and Sunny.

Ganymede selects the room on Coms.

"what is going on down there "

if someone fills him in.

"We just freed it from Slavery, maybe it can be convinced to join this crew, we did loose our landing party. " and then he decides to fly down to the breach
Q says: “JUST DUMP THE DIRE WORM CANISTER OUTSIDE AND BE DONE WITH IT….[then more quietly] I wonder if they’ll attack the ship? Probably not.”
