Jirizumi is a 4 foot tall red skinned ogre-looking creature.  His look is close to Horarian in style.  Despite wearing what you would call wooden armor, he is clearly a spellcaster as he is a helmsman.  You gather that he does not speak common and can only communicate with a few others on the ship, those that speak his language or some form of goblin or ogre.

Whether he is actually grumpy all the time or not, he certainly looks that way.  He never seems happy with the food and he knew nothing about sailing.  You have often seem him laughing at others, although about what you cannot tell.

You have seen him 'praying' every day, although he is not a cleric.  You are confident that he is some form of sorcerer.

Ich.. do you have wood to make something?  I need a perch for my staff for me to perch on
Can Q design and fashion a simple clicker for the staff perch from the scrap in his secret lair? I imagine a wall mounted folding bracket that provides a cantilever support for the staff.

There are enough materials for that.
