Jirizumi is a 4 foot tall red skinned ogre-looking creature.  His look is close to Horarian in style.  Despite wearing what you would call wooden armor, he is clearly a spellcaster as he is a helmsman.  You gather that he does not speak common and can only communicate with a few others on the ship, those that speak his language or some form of goblin or ogre.

Whether he is actually grumpy all the time or not, he certainly looks that way.  He never seems happy with the food and he knew nothing about sailing.  You have often seem him laughing at others, although about what you cannot tell.

You have seen him 'praying' every day, although he is not a cleric.  You are confident that he is some form of sorcerer.

Ich.. do you have wood to make something?  I need a perch for my staff for me to perch on
Can Q design and fashion a simple clicker for the staff perch from the scrap in his secret lair? I imagine a wall mounted folding bracket that provides a cantilever support for the staff.

There are enough materials for that.

Kegmur is a five foot tall hairless dwarf.  He is near emotionless and particularly humorless.  He is very strong and tireless.  He was a gunner's mate on the Badger 5.

Speaking a mix of dwarven and common that gets better the longer he is around everyone, he doesn't like most of the other crew.  He is friendly with Frone, the grey skinned dwarf and few others, but he appears to be coming around as times passes.

He has never spoken of any religion or faith and seems mesmerized when anyone speaks of their deity.  It is a foreign concept to him of a deity that cares anything for mortals.

He has several brands and tattoos which he has indicated he gathered during his time as a slave to many masters.

What would the design and craft DCs and durations be?

Avan is a lion-man that auditioned for captain.  Aboard the Badger 5 he was commander of the deck.  His training is that of a ranger, but he has little sailing experience.

A bit arrogant, he is at least descent at leading when given the chance.

Kerian is a halfling that you have learned is from Toril, a world that a few others are from including Zeph.  Unlike Habololian halflings, he is lean and muscled.  From a nomadic culture, he is comfortable living on the move, although the ship and the void are very foreign to him.  His only skills are tied to the fact that he is strong for his size and very dextrous.

Just under four feet tall, he has long hair.  One might think he and Cas the Kender were cousins and while they share some similarities, there are also glaring differences.  Kerian takes things seriously and literally, even though we will joke and laugh when the time is right.  He speaks several languages and seems comfortable with all of the carious races.

He wants to get back home as soon as possible.

Tentzu is a humanoid rat.  Long and wiry, he speaks a language not very different from Horarian.  At first he was stand-offish and hid from everyone on the Badger 5.  He has come around and is now talkative, understanding a variety of languages.

He is a sorcerer and nimble as well.  He has been in the helm to know the basics but is not a helmsman.  He appears to know his way around a ship, but not a spelljammer.

He is mostly grey and white in color with long whickers and a long snout.  He would be 6 feet tall if he stood straight up, which he never does.  Rather, he hunches and crouches to under 5 feet at most times.

Phineas talk to him a lot since he is the only other Habololian and teaches him how to navigate when he is not cooking
