Barek asks Figgy if Tommimao is on the list of acceptable deities

Akrah looks over the boy.. " so Cato came to the hardest place he could think of to try to grow the faith.. I appreciate that.. it's very Bugbear of Cato to meet that challenge head on.  But.. Most male bugbears don't live a full life.  Well, at least the unsuccessful ones.. "

Talking to Breach.. " Seems the source of these new deities is definitely back in Ekarude,  Seems the path is to travel back there and stamp out the source, once we have freed our friend. "

How did we conclude Ekarude rather than Kathow?

Ok. As he went off on his own I wasn’t sure if he would get the baseline award.

After getting back from Amatom, you were resting / reporting back to your homes.

Cyrus wants to show all of our captives/guests each of the CB symbols we have encountered and have them tell us what they know about them. He wants them to write them in common and Horarian (assuming at least one of them can write) to get a better grasp of the language difference.

Cyrus also asks if Cato received others, emissaries etc., like him while while here in Jaswap.

Gareth really wants to get on the way to Iott.

Cado says nothing.

One of the others says that they had been visited over the last two years by two others from elsewhere.

One was a blue lizardfolk.  The other a horarian in white robes.

It was sakorakai like, but not actually one. Similar but different. That was the Blue Bastard building the temple in Kathow from Season 1.

They know that symbols for powers.  They do not write.

When Vechi arrives that night he listens to all of your stories with interest.  He foregoes telling you about his collected information until the next day, as you are all tired and had a lot to tell yourselves.

The next morning (and you still have a chance to post questions for the day before), you are asked to stay at the hotel until Haas has a chance to talk to you.  In that time, Vechi relays what he has learned.

Jaswap is not friendly to Tommimao, and is getting less so as Haas' rule continues.  However, it will never go away since travel in the dessert is perilous and the faith of Tommimao is better at it than anyone.  The religion is is pushed to the edges but is necessary.  Thankfully, the Hassites (Vechi's word), are true to their word and loath to act in a non straightforward way.  That makes dealing with them easier.  The land right outside the city limits has lots of uses, as well as the ruins where the religion of Dedestroyt is given dominion.

To reach Iott, we will have to cross the Iottian Moat.  I don't think that's what its been known as classically, but it works.  The travelers tell me there are four ports near Iott that are most often used to reach it, and all of those go to the city of Sailoswa.  The four ports are: Port Draeydan in Thalemert, Hilkport in Hertoplowis, Barnderry in Pacyr, and the free city of Ermaneo.  There is also Magenthia, which is the closest to Jaswap, but is a much longer voyage.

Vechi is chewing on an anise smelling root as he talks to you.  Note that you have not seen Vechi's purple horse since you arrived in the city.

The quickest way would be through Ermaneo.  Its the closest over land, a week, and then several days voyage.  As I said, Magenthia would be the least land travel, but long voyage.  The others all have some good and bad parts to a plan.  Cost, friendliest of the locals, scrutiny of the Iottians, and such.
