I took the belt, the armor, and whatever coin fell out when I chopped him up to get the armor off.

yes - it is there.  It has a polished cylinder oak handle.  The whip part extends through the wood and is bolted onto the end.  the lengths of the whip are made from different metals.  The last 2 sections are barbed and sharp.  There is still bits of dwarven flesh stuck in it.

Gross. I do my best to flick off the beefier chunks before stowing it in my bag of holding. At some point in the future I examine it more closely to identify the metals.
