RECAP
The group made their way back to Maj and acquired a barge. Our ooze companion stored it magically with some sort of magic device. Once we got to Spec, we decided to fly close to the rivers and drop the barge, along with all of us, down to the surface of the planet. Enzo turned into a Roc and guided us down the rest of the way.
Once down, we placed the barge in the water, Agnax connected the motor and mounted a gun, then we sailed upstream. We got to roughly the edge of the mountains when we were covered in fog.
It was at that time we were assaulted by boulders and the landing party was scattered from the barge and some of us knocked into the water. We fought our way onto the land or back on the barge, but not before taking heavy damage.
Out of the fog emerged Fog Giants who flanked us from both sides of the mountains. Once battle ensued, everyone split up to avoid the boulders raining down on us. Enzo changed shape several times including the likes of a golem, giant octopus, and Hook Horror. The archers took shots, the Bards enchanted and terrorized, and Zalthor flew into a blood-soaked rage.
Remy's intimidation and scare tactics drove several giants off, and the warriors defeated many. Some escaped into the woods, but those left behind were killed, all but one. Some of the more intellectually inclined party members want to interrogate him. Zalthor wants to decapitate him. That's where we left off.
