Title: Clumsy in Armor

You have never been able to master skills and abilities while wearing armor.

Prerequisite: Proficient in light armor; Ranger, Bard, Rogue, or Berserker class.

Penalty: While wearing light armor, you may not use abilities which normally can be used while you are wearing no or light armor.
