Title: New Character For The New World

What are the rules for the new characters? 
Race restrictions? 
Class restrictions? 
What part of the world can we be from?
What level should we start at?
Will the new powers being introduced to Habololy be known to the new characters?  If so, can we represent them in PC form?
Do we need to have them completed by the time we play again?  If not, what's the timeline look like?

That remains to be seen.  It depends on which characters do not go with the rest and which group we follow first.  It may not be decided for a bit while we work through things on the boards.  You will almost certainly need them by August.

These questions depend on which group you have to make the character for and where they go.  Right now, Cyrus and Iwakasi have indicated they are heading to Layraedia, while Breach is going after Zersisk.  My assumption is that Arkah and Oz are continuing their pilgrimage.

So for Zunder and Malchia, you would have to make a character that would be in Layraedia / tracking down Zersisk.  For Whitesword / Valdis you would have to make a character that would be in Kathow tio Horari interacting with those on a pilgrimage.

You will have to be more specific before I can answer.  You may want to private message if you have guesses as to who they it be but aren't sure.

Don't know much about Layraedia - races/classes/Effects fo the arcane war/Effects of plagues.  Things I would need to know.

Being isolated was the main impact of the war and the plagues. 

In order of most to least:
Islanders
Amatine Gnomes
Humans
Horarians
