Title: Weather Condition

If a character selects the weather, he can choose any relatively normal condition.  He cannot pick: tornado, thunder blizzard, etc.

If the weather is random, the following chart will be used:

1-45 Clear
46-75 Overcast
76-85 Precipitation
86-90 Heavy Precipitation
91-93 Windstorm
94-97 Extreme Temperature
98-100 Fog

Thoughts?

I would suggest, it "HAS" to be a normal weather condition for the area chosen.  No snowing desserts, dry forests, or muddy caves.

only the case when you choose, instead of random.

A different category is setting.  That is why I made it precipitation instead of rain or snow.  The setting you pick will determine what type of precipitation.

What about extreme darkness?

You can't pick magical darkness, but you can pick moonless night or underground, both resulting in pitch black.

New Table:

1-50 Clear
51-70 Cloudy
71-80 Precipitation
81-85 Heavy Precipitation
86-90 Extreme Temperature
91-95 Powerful Storm
96-99 Multiple (roll twice and combine rolls; ignore rolls of 96+)
100 Triple (roll three times and combine; ignore rolls of 96+)
