In place of Turn Undead, clerics of Chaos gain the Wild Surge feat.  The cleric can apply the feat to divine spells, to which normally the feat cannot be applied.  A number of times per day (equal to the number of times the cleric would get to use Turn Undead) the cleric may re-roll the Wild Surge check and take the better of the two rolls.
