You are unnerved by being away from the peaceful blessed land of Pacyr.

Prerequisites: Lived in Pacyr for the majority of your life.

Penalty: Whenever you are in a land other than Pacyr, you suffer a -1 penalty to initiative, a -1 penalty to all fear based saving throws, and a -2 penalty to all Diplomacy skill checks.
