Having become so accustomed to the chill, you are hindered when the weather is above freezing.
Prerequisites: Spent your life, or at least the last ten years, in an arctic climate
Penalty: Whenever the temperature is above freezing, you suffer the following penalties: a -2 to Fortitude saves, a -1 to Concentration skill checks, a -1 to Survival skill checks. Endure Elements or similar spells do not remove these penalties. In addition, if the temperature reaches above 100 degrees, you must make a Fortitude save DC 20, or suffer 1d6 points of subdual damage every minute. This effect can be negated by an Endure Elements or similar spell.
