After a minute or two of that, Spaz flies over the wall and into the inner settlement.

The inside of the settlement has lots of huts, much the same as the others but generally larger, gathered around several buildings.  There is a road that leads from the gate to the main building, a large rectangular hall.  None of the buildings are higher than the wall, which is 25 feet.  There are several wells scattered around the area.

On the wall, ducked down on a catwalk, are lizardfolk, Vass mainly and some Gatori.  There are more milling about the area, all moving quickly, with eyes darting to the gate when it is within sight.

There is one burned out building, which is near the other larger buildings.  You see clearly a shrine / temple to Habastly next to the burned building.

This... this crouching around like magic users doesn't feel right.. I don't like it.

Reik stands up..  puts more dirt on himself, and starts walking towards the gate.

Inside the wall, you see many lizardfolk waiting with weapons.  They are behind huts and down paths away from the main gate.  Most have spears and axes.

As you approach the main building, you can see inside the large double doors to a room filled with lizardfolk, and one large light green scaled Gatori..

I start shouting once I'm clear of the trees...

"No reason for innocents to get hurt here, send out the Devourer to answer for his crimes!  Drunnbar and Tygorator wish to judge him.  Show you have a spine and show yourself, or are you truly cold blooded"

When Riek does that, it has been 16 minutes since Spaz went to investigate.
