I think the general idea was to bait the Wizard with the actual seeing stone (so he would catch it's scent) while walking through the plaza towards the Constable station. If needed, Ode can turn his ioun stone into a replica seeing stone as bait. Once he shows up, we ambush him with the help of some of Ryder's snipers.
Further details could be worked out if need be, but that's the general gist. We agreed to do it sooner than later so the plaza isn't too crowded.
