The Owl Post is on the north west side of the city, on the edge.  An aviary for owls, it is home to a number of trained owls who aid hunters.  Despite common belief, they are not the type of owl that can be trained to deliver messages.

It is owned by a human named Kirtus Trainer who was the originator of the service.
