 - What is the deal with the "no man's zone" between Hertpoolis and Dedestroyt Republic?  Is that a new thing?  I mean.. I was sorta isolated from world events, but I figured that would make it to my well trained ears.

I am pretty sure the zone has been around for awhile.  At least that is what Mike told me but he also has been isolated for a long time.  He was on the island longer then me.
