Also how those times are related to the dragon encounters and the final encounter when the Guardian was stolen.

Without posting a ton, here is what I have:

In Game:
Wake and Falcon were on the ship together for a year.
Gmax never served with any of the other three.
Grognoth and Falcon served together for several months.

In the time between.
Wake returned to the Guardian and served with both Falcon and Grognoth for a few years before they left and he stayed.
