Curse of Ill Fortune is 2nd

Unluck is 4th

Those are the bad luck spells I found.

Do you think any of these are worth puttting in.

They are both good spells.  I just don't know how much we want offensive versus defensive spells.

There are a lot of good spells for this domain.  Mass Auspicious Odds is another good one.

1st - Fleeting Fortune (Champions of Valor) OR Lucky Streak (Complete Scoundrel)
2nd - Insight of Good Fortune
3rd - Alter Fortune
4th - Unluck
5th - Surge of Fortune
6th - Mass Auspicious Odds
7th - Fortunate Fate
8th - Moment of Prescience
9th - Choose Destiny

Warp Destiny after reading it, while still good, is not as good for the domain.

First the good vs bad luck issue: I prefer the good luck only spells. I think mischief is the bad luck domain.

For the ability rather than giving them a new pool of abilities I would allow them to use their turn attempts.

If you are only going to have good luck spells then rename the domain.

Also mischief has nothing to do with luck.  It is directly causing harm or trouble to someone.

No, Mischief as we have defined it is just random trouble making.  Trickery is causing deliberate harm.

I think the bad luck spells are appropriate for Mischief and Trickery.

How about "Improvisation" from SpC. Bard 1 spell, You gain a pool of luck bonus points equal to twice your caster level and can spend them to improve attack rolls, skill checks, and ability checks.

I think the other spells are more luck like than Improvisation, although I agree it is a great spell.

I will vote for lucky streak at first and the removal of the bad luck spells.
