The Oldest Orc ability
« on: September 19, 2012, 09:42:41 AM »
As per Zunder's idea:

As a standard action, the cleric may create an area of Divine Dominance, where the power of the Oldest Orc is so strong that it forces out powers of any other deity.  The area extends in a ten foot radius from the cleric.  The area lasts for 1 round.  No turn undead (or turn undead replacement) abilities function within the area.  No granted powers from a domain function within the area.  Spells are not effected by this power.  Powers are not ended, they are suppressed.  So if a power lasts for a period of time, it can become reactive when the other cleric exits the area.  This will effect powers given through any divine class so long as the power is from a turn undead source or domain.  The cleric may use this ability 3 + his Charisma modifier times per day.

Thoughts?

This is a great idea. Very similar to the "divine interdiction" spell from SpC.

Out of curiosity, what happens with domain abilities that grant class skills? You lose your ranks?

I would say that it would not eliminate granted class skills or feats.
