I think caster level is too high. A 5th level caster normally gets 3 1st, 2 2nd, 1 3rd (spell level x quantity = 10)...Excluding domains and bonus spells due to high Wis. Half of these he would be able to cast spontaneously. Ratio gets higher as you reduce levels. 100% for a 1st level cleric.
