I like Chain Contingency over Time Stop.  I see Time Stop being used as more of a reactionary step than for planning purposes.

I agree. To me Chain Contingency is the ultimate plan ahead spell.

Agreed.  Chain Contingency is a far superior planning spell.

Chain Contingency wins.

I found Anticipate Teleport and Greater Anticipate Teleport as 4th and 8th level spells.

Thoughts on these in the domain?

I would vote for Greater Anticipate over Discern Location

1st - Lay of the Land
2nd - Augury
3rd - Clairaudience
4th - Imbue with Spell Ability
5th - Contingency
6th - Programmed Illusion
7th - Greater Scrying
8th - Greater Anticipate Teleport
9th - Chain Contingency

Thoughts on a granted power as well as Anticipate Teleport for 4th level.

No idea for the ability yet but I like Imbue as the 4th level spell.

How about something with spell preparation?  Less time to prepare spells or a roll to see if you had the foresight to prepare a different spell when the time arrives that you need it?

Maybe the ability to spontaneously cast spells in the domain list in place of your regular spells or the ability to leave 1 spell per spell level unprepared and that can be picked at anytime during the day when the character isn't in combat.

I like that second idea better.

I like the second ability as well. Though I don't see a problem with allowing the spell to be selected in combat. It's similar to the "Prayerful Fist" feat in Martial Beauty that allows you to expend stunning fit uses to spontaneously cast any spell. Haas has it and I don't think it's been over-powered.

Maybe limit spell level it can be applied to? 1 spell level per 3 cleric levels? So at 9th level, you can do three 1st level spells, or one 2nd and one 1st, or one 3rd.

Granted Power: To represent the cleric's ability to plan, he may keep a number of spell levels of spells equal to his caster level as unprepared spells.  These unprepared spells can then be cast 'spontaneously' by the cleric.  Example: a 9th level cleric may choose to not prepare 3 third level spells, or a 4th and a 5th level spell, etc.
