The only on the spell list that I feel doesn't fit is death watch.

How about:

Lay of the Land

( Planar Handbook)

Divination
Level: Ranger 1, Bard 4, Druid 4,
Components: V, S, AF,
Casting Time: 3 rounds
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No
You instantly gain an overview of the area around you.
Lay of the land gives basic information relevant to major landmarks and well-known places.
It indicates the direction and distance to each from the current location.
The geographic details are inversely proportionate to the distance you're trying to study from your location.
You have a good understanding of the terrain up to 100 miles away, you know general details of large or notable locations or land features up to 500 miles away, and you know only the direction and distance to major features farther away.
Unlike find the path, this spell does not give information on traps, passwords, or impediments to a journey.

For what level.  Its strange to see a 3 level difference among classes.

Archon's Focus or Programmed Illusion for 5th or 6th.  You could move Contingency down to 5th if you want

BP requires too many other things, such as Spellcraft ranks and counterspelling to be at all useful.

Clarity of Mind is an okay fall back.

I really think clairvoyance/clairaudience is a necessity for this domain. Reconnaissance is a major part of planning.

I also like timestop at 9th. It buys the cleric time to generate a strategy when he would not normally be allowed to do so.

I agree with both of Heroes statements.  I really like time stop for 9th and the clair spells also seem like good fits.

The only issue left is the 9th level spell.  Right now we have 2 votes for Chain Contingency and 2 for Time Stop.

Malchia, Zunder, Master Po, Valdis?
