I can alter into a Raker, but that might attract attention.  We don't know what is around here.

One of those saurial things might be better in this area.

Uther uses “know direction” (Bard 0 spell) to determine which way north is.

Can you Bat scout?

I’m thinking that you should be able to focus on all non-discipline powers you may have at once, up to INT mod for Expanded Knowledge and CHA mod for Wild Talents.

Is that too complicated?

Characters just aren't going to have that many Expanded Knowledge, so making anything more that 2 is basically allowing all.

The Wild Talents you get two per, so Charisma may work for that.  But in general, I think it simply to say one or all.

Does anyone have any idea if we are closer or father away from our destination?

This was mentioned at the end and I believe we are closer.

After some discussion, if you have a Wild Talent or Expended Knowledge power, you must focus on it before using.  This is in the same same you must focus on a discipline to use the powers in it.

As Ruby as discovered, taking the Expanded Knowledge feat was too easy a work around to get access to powers of different disciplines and not have to switch.

Did she show up the next morning, or the night of the day I was plane shifting?  Just trying to ascertain power points.

Everyone gets 2500xp for a well executed plan and creative use of abilities.

Deirdre came the next day.  As far as you can tell it’s the same day she arrived. It’s at least 10 degrees cooler where you are and while you are near the shore there is no indication you are on an island. The land stretches to the limits of your vision in all directions except out to sea (south you think). It is lush, green, temperate hills and cliffs. There is a low mist above you.

Can I take the boots off?

Dylan shakes his head
" This is why the amulet made its way to me " he takes it back and stuffs it into a pouch.  Though, I noticed there was no complaints about the evil giant. nice.
" She probably make the citadel after by removing us form the conflict "

We didn't use the amulet to send them, I used my talents.

Deirdre - lols.

" Powers don't interfere as much on Habololy "

*BING*
Dylan picks up an Oldest Orc side quest.

And he called US the backwater.  We have progressed to the point where deities don't have to babysit the peoples of the world and act like hummingbird parents constantly offering carrot cakes and switches for good and bad behavior..

I'm not sure this is a great outcome, since we are still trapped. We still have 1000's of lives here.  I guess we did buy more time, but we know we are being watches, and probably using divination to check up on us.

It was not great, but it is an improvement.

Dylan says - well, they let the kids and women go.  That is quiet racist actually, since in my native culture, the women would never leave because they are seemingly weak.  I'm not even sure drow kids would leave.

I think he was being culturally sensitive and if it were a city where females fought and ruled as a standard of society, he would not have made that part of the offer.

After post session discussion, the point made by Malchia won the night.  Prevention of slick multiclassing by dexterous rogues and others to get one or two disciplines seems too strong.  Therefore, Dexterity will not be an ability for any of them.

Should Dexterity be an ability attribute for any disciplines?

Currently only Strength is not.
