« on: September 06, 2024, 01:01:11 AM »I still vote for going directly after the queen. We get all the wizards to blast the tent area simultaneously, then we clean up the remains. Once she falls, we take down the minions. To hell with alerting the Gree. It appears they already know about this place anyway. I believe Kai and Odde suggested we retreat back into the caves after the assault. That sounds like sound strategy.
What if alert the Gree, watch them come and fight the monsters, then we attack whoever is left standing.

In the fields where the dead corn does sway
A Dwarf named Beorn marched in one day
From shadows deep, the centipede crept
With dwarven skin it quietly stepped
Calling out for food at night
Beorn challenged it to a deadly fight
Our hero stood firm, his maul swung wide
With strength and courage he would not hide
He then swung with his axe with mighty force
To end the beast Beorn stayed his course
The centipede lunged, acid it spewed
A monstrous site, its form was crude
But Beorn was quick, his axe did fly
He struck the beast under the clear sky
The battle raged midst the corn so tall
After many strikes, the beast did fall
At last Beorn roared with a final blow
He felled the beast and his legend would grow.

In the heart of the mountain, where shadows weave.
A warrior rests in the deep dark eve.
His breath, a thunder in the cavern's hold.
A tale of slumber it echoes bold.
Through the ancient halls, his snores resound.
Like the roar of cave trolls in the underground.
The stalactites tremble, the stalagmites quake.
As the cave itself seems to wake.
O Mighty sleeper, in your stone bound bed
With dreams of battle in my weary head.
My snoring a saga of strength and might.
A symphony of the night.
In the realm of rock where the echoes play
My slumber song in the night shall stay
A dwarven rest in the cave so grand
A legend whispered across the land.
