Your attitude of superiority is such that you have a difficult time convincing other to do things accept by force.

Prerequisite: Leadership feat, Charisma less than 19

Penalty: You receive a -4 penalty to Diplomacy skill checks.

I would get rid of the leadership feat requirement so this anti-feat could be taken at 1st level.
