Yes, I should have been more clear. In the constable primer it says a constable can generally claim a weapon or item used against them as long as its not evil or overly destructive. In the alternative the constabulary will give you equivalent items.

where is the extra exp for the "birds nest" and dimitri gets some for something more important.
