Granted power in PHB grants three skill as class skills.

1st - Disguise Self
2nd - Rope Trick
3rd - Glibness
4th - False Vision
5th - Mislead
6th - Translocation Trick (Magic of Faerun)
7th - Project Image
8th - Shifting Paths
9th - Programmed Amnesia

Invisibility seems like a better fit at #2 than Rope Trick.

Translocation Trick was revised in Spell Compendium as a 4th level spell.

Okay, with that info,

1st - Disguise Self
2nd - Invisibility
3rd - Glibness
4th - Translocation Trick
5th - False Vision
6th - Mislead
7th - Project Image
8th - Shifting Paths
9th - Programmed Amnesia

That brings that spells in line with what they should all be level-wise.
