Although I don't have everyone's levels finalized, we can start in some places to make the rankings.

There will only be two 19th level characters: Luigi and Ajax.  The question for all of you is: who should be ranked #1 and who #2?

A wizard that can cast 9th level spells vs the paladin like warrior who is most powerful when fighting evil creatures, demons and undead (which is not helpful in a PC tournament). I think this one has to go to Luigi.

Are we defined by level?  The highest level might not be the best characters?

I think we have to use level as the prime factor, or it could take forever.  It addition, the tournament is what will determine that ultimate ranking.  There will surely be a 17th+ character that loses more than he wins, and a 12th level character that makes the top 10.
