I assume this revelation is shouted during your conversation with Etch and is triggered by what you are learning from him.

The last question that was asked was who does he know in the place.

He is eager to talk and the longer you talk, the clearer he seems; although his knowledge does not grow.

This whole process takes hours, as you spend time translating for everyone.
