Laughs at Gareth..  " No if Haarl was the leader, he wouldn't be hiding behind half truths and lies.. it's not his style.  And .. you say his name with a growl in the middle.. not HARL.. like a common man.. it's HAARL.. "

This would be the Divination spell (https://dndtools.net/spells/players-handbook-v35--6ination--3543/. We get one question “concerning a specific goal, event, or activity that is to occur within one week.” 80% chance to successfully get a piece of useful advice in a format that can be a direct or cryptic. I will know if it fails.

Since I only have enough materials to do this once, I’ll ask the group for input on the question before casting. To lead off discussion, I propose: “How do we safely return to Melg in the Orcish Empire on the main continent of Habololy in our appropriate place in the timeline?”

Feedback and suggestions welcome. I would hope we don’t have to worry about deliberate misinformation or trickery in response since Yoshi is a cleric asking his deity for advice to support a mission that the Old Orc wants to be successful. Unless of course the gopher of lost knowledge is interfering.

Will the Oldest Orc actually be interfering?  Or will he just sit back and watch?

Haarl told me about that SheerCanine guy, said he wasn't the most detail oriented guy, Told me that Borkon himself stood up to him and his legions and won.

Maybe he missed some?  It would make sense to why they where upset to see outsiders.

Just rubs oil into her dry skin.. the only history she knows is Borkon The Rusted.  She doesn't have magics, and Quan Yin is there, she can feel her.

When you go to look for her, she is in the vegetable garden with several of the kids.

I ask her if it's ok to bless her, and tell her about Quan Yin if she doesn't know.  Then I help her garden until it's time to leave.

Akrah climbs up to the loft in the barn, takes off her only clothing, a blood soaked gi.   Being raised in borkondorf she doesn't immediately think of washing it.  It's now more stained red then it's original beige, and full of holes. She falls asleep quickly.

When I lay on hands and heal myself - was any of the damage non-leathal?

Jesse briefly closes his eyes and a few seconds later replies, "Charges of assault, disturbing the peace, bribery, and illegal use of magic among others.  Look, the Merchant Lords run this city.  They have, or can get to, just about everyone.  Their coffers are deep enough to bend the morality of even the staunchest magistrate.  Sure, most of the charges are made up, although the assault and bribery are probably closer to the truth than anything else. The point is, if you had anything left in the city that you wanted to take care of, you can't.  Had we continued along the path, to find your guide, we would have run into a blockade.  I think we need to be more careful from here on out."

Akrah Grumbles.. " Assuming there is no way we get a fair trail here.  I believe I need to come back to this place and help the new shadow clean up this filth "

Jesse gets a far away look in his eyes for a few seconds then begins to quietly curse under his breath.  To the group he says quietly "I've just been contacted by Burke.  He has informed me that the Merchant Lords are

I assure you we've broken no laws.  I'm not talking about in a place like Borkondorf - where the is only one law. But laws in a more civilized place like this.
Well, maybe it was the Scrapple... that was good enough to be sinful

Akrah smiles " I could probably eat the whole pig.. but I asked for a whole pie!  What is the whole big special? is there a challenge?  Do you have a wall where travelers take on the peril of eating that much are perhaps immortalized?  " she seems engaged in the interaction. perhaps in the absurdity of eating challenges with halflings.
