New Weather Domain

I have combined the Storm and Weather domains into one.

Granted Power: Inclement weather has less of an effect on you. Rain and snow don't penalize your Spot and Search checks. Wind effects, whether natural or magical, affect you as if you were one size category larger.  You gain electricity resistance 5.

1st - Cloudburst
2nd - Fog Cloud
3rd - Weather Eye
4th - Call Lightning
5th - Rainbow Pattern
6th - Call Lightning Storm
7th - Control Weather
8th - Cloudwalkers
9th - Storm of Vengeance

I am going to replace Storm of Vengeance with Towering Thunderhead.  I think it is a little more appropriate and i eliminates doubling up the spell in two domains.
