Need a granted power.
1st - Burning Rage (PHB2)
2nd - Rage OR Sadism (BoVD)
3rd - Blade of Pain and Fear
4th - Finger of Agony (Complete mage)
5th - ??
6th - Cloak of Hate (Heroes of Horror)
7th - Pulse of Hate (PHB2)
8th - Wrathful Castigation
9th - Power Word Kill

Need votes on a 2nd level spell and a 5th level spell choice.

Of the two choices, I like Sadism. A possible alternative for 2nd:
Bottomless Hate
(Ghostwalk)
Enchantment (Compulsion) [Mind-Affecting]
Level: Ranger 2,
Components: V, S,
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 1 round/level
You fill yourself with a terrible hatred against your favored enemies.
Against them you gain a +1 morale bonus on attack and damage rolls for every three caster levels.
This spell is suppressed by spells such as calm emotions.
5th level option:
Remorseless Charm
(Champions of Ruin)
Enchantment (Compulsion) [Evil, Mind-Affecting]
Level: Bard 5, Cleric 6, Sorcerer 6, Wizard 6,
Components: V, S, M,
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft + 5ft./2 levels)
Duration: See text
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes
This spell eliminates normal inhibitions and silences the subject's conscience.
Under its effects, a good creature might commit acts of extraordinary evil without any feelings of remorse.
For instance, a paladin who strives to never destroy a foe that has surrendered might decide that she's better off meting out justice immediately and killing the enemy.
This spell affects the target's norms and expections; for example, once affected, a good-aligned target might be willing to attack his friends when urged to do so through a suggestion.
This would not eliminate his need to atone, according to the tenets and punishments prescribed by his faith or law.
The compulsion is permanent until broken by a break enchantment spell or similar magic, or until it is removed by the spellcaster.
Material Component:One piece of masterwork artwork of at least 1,000 gp in value.
The artwork must depict acts of debauchery or evil that are titillating and fascinating, not disturbing or revolting.
The spell is cast upon the artwork, which is then revealed to the subject of the spell, triggering its effects.
The enchantment on the artwork lasts for 1 day per spellcaster level, much like a symbol, until it is viewed and its magical effect is triggered.
Power Word Disable

Level: Sorcerer 5, Wizard 5,
Components: V,
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Target: One living creature with 50 hp or less
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: Yes
A word you speak puts your target on the brink of collapse.
You utter a single word of power that instantly reduces the hit points of one creature of your choice to 0.
Any creature that currently has 51 or more hit points is unaffected by power word disable.

Bottomless Hate only works with favored enemies, so that is too limited.
Remorseless Charm seems good to me.

Now that the list is done, time for a granted power.
How about a constant aura of hatred as per the emotion spells?

There is the 'Mindless Rage' spell we can adapt to 'Aura of Rage'

There is a seething hatred feat.. it would be a neat granted power.

Seething Hatred feat, interesting. In the original feat, you have to pick a specific foe for life. How would that work for this domain? New target each day?

How about you get them at the same rate rangers get favored enemies and you can apply the favored enemy feats to them? It would also allow you to use the Bottomless Hate spell suggested above. I like that better than Sadism.

The only thing I think is that 5x is too much but other then that I thinking seething hatred is good and you should get more than 1

The cleric gains an additional group to which he can apply the feat at 7th, 13th, and 19th level cleric. For purposes of feats and spells, these groups are treated as ranger favored enemies.

I don't really like remorseless charm because of the complicated and very expensive material component. Doesn't seem like a spell you would use often.

My suggestions: Divine Retribution, Song of Discord and Wail of Doom.
