We haven't slept yet, correct?

I believe you have.  You stopped to fight the undead when you realized you couldn't reach your destination without them catching you while you slept.  After you defeated them, I think you rested before finishing your journey to the Minotaur home.

Anyone else remember?

We left off just as you had negotiated a price for entry and safe passage.

I meant after the last fight

I think you have.  After the first with the large skeletal snake thing, you rested before you got to the town.
