Works normally as a master work club...
However, with the lever pulled and activated and the inertial capacitor spun up is has Pushback and +2D6 damage.
1 round of cranking allows you to use it 6 times, requires a Str of 16 to crank.

You see a police report the next day ( as the firm gets those delivered) involving the incident. All victims were returned to their homes, a warrant was issued for information on the fight, and booking of 2 altered bodies.
The officer in charge seemed to think it was low priority by the booking code used on the paperwork.
