Note that will not be true of all lizardfolk.  Sandoo would get none.  Someone compare frods to gators in real life how they can hold their breath, and also some to of lizard for Vass.
Some quick lunchtime internet searching shows data is all over the place. Here’s my non-validated take on typical values:
    • Frogs = 4-7 hrs
    • Gators/crocs = 20-30 min
    • Other reptiles (snakes, iguanas) = 10-60 min

    Suggest we go:
    • Wug = 10 min/CON score
    • Gatori = 1 min/CON score
    • Vass = 5 rounds/CON score

Closest I found to a Gree

An otter's lung capacity is 2.5 times greater than that of similar-sized land mammals. Sea otters have been known to stay submerged for more than 5 minutes at a time. River otters, however, can hold their breath for up to 8 minutes

This conversation is why I tell the kids I am teaching D&D to at the library how much I learned from playing.

Beavers are 15 minutes, Seals are over an hour.

I would argue that they are move beavers then otters.  (Since weasels are not water creatures on earth)  Beavers are closer in relation to Weasels then Otters.

Suggest we keep 1 min/CON score for gree (same as gatori).
