Poison in the air

Someone is poisoning large gatherings of people, making it seem like the plague is worse then it is.

We collected two clicker collars, gave one to the constables and Raz examined the other one.  They don't appear to be anything abnormal or special, low class pet control.

We have one container of the liquid, the rest was disposed of by the military.

We met the Iottian governors.

We still need to look for the ring guild and now the two mercenaries from the past.

The effected shops span over a kilometer of shops in one area. 
  - Pipe and Cigarette shop

  - Liquor Store ( Which I state controlled )
  - Clothing Shop
  - General Shop
  - Pottery

I checked the black market at the end of last session.  I rolled an 11 on my gather info check and I have a +14 so that is a total of 25.  So I am just curious what I have to report.

Is someone capable of tracking? We should see if we can follow the trail the spiders and barrels left on roofs back to wherever they originated from.

You are able to follow the path several blocks ( to start ) and find a couple off Cocooned green on the roof, stuck to the roof.  Drained of all bodily fluids.

We take the bodies to the local Gray Vest office and see if they can be identified

Also, the Hippogriffs have scent and can help with the search/tracking
