I have no problem with that as long as the majority prefer that version.

If not we should just make an improved tongues one level higher that does all languages.

Malchia:
What's wrong with the way Tongues works now?  You can understand all languages at once and speak one at a time.  That seems like it makes sense.  You can't speak more than one at a time anyway unless you have multiple heads or multiple sets of vocal chords.  Am I missing something, or is the issue that people want the spell to allow you to speak and have everyone around able to understand all at once?

If that's the case, maybe Windblade is right and there should be a Greater Tongues at third level for Bards and fourth for Sorcerers/Wizards.

Asinjin:
I am fine with an Improved Tongues that allows everyone to understand you when you speak.
