Some thoughts:

Awaken plant: temporarily give a plant sentience (as per the spell)

Command dragon: as per command undead but for draconic creatures

Hero:
How about gaining Frightful Presence when spending a turn attempt?

Asinjin:
Not a bad idea, but it would exactly duplicate the Terror domain power.

Hero:
Don't have time to look, but there are several dragon-based WotC books out there (Races of the Dragon, Dragon Magic, etc) that have a bunch of prestige classes, feats, and invocations that we don't use...might be able to extract and modify something from one of those.
