10/785 - Curb Stomp in the Beastlands, The Fey War begins
11/786 - Seige of the Fellos Estate, Death of the Mad Beast
11/787 - The Battle at Cheadsolas
3/788 - The Battle at Outpost 8
9/788 - New Season Begins

During the summer, Ellic relays reports to you that the swamp is moving slowly from northeast to southwest.  It inches through Dukalia and ever closer to the imaginary line that divides north and south, Scalehome's claim vs Balinhost's.

"The Fey and the Sky Giants make our efforts to recon very difficult.  The best estimate is that it moves about 2 miles a day.  The distance is great enough and there is enough inclines that they will not reach us before winter.  That gives us time."

Dukalia continues to lay the blame for the Outpost's destruction on the mutinous Lord Commander.  The Wooduke also has declared Balinhost and its allies untrustworthy due to the failed agreement.

Does Saladien make any headway in training some weathersingers to combat the enemy singers and maybe stop the encroaching swamp or is it more than weathersinger magic that makes the swamp.

You first have to train them all, which takes most of your time.  So, in a way, yes you make headway since without training them you would be no closer.  At least now, you have several apprentices on the road to being able to counter them.

Currently, they can counter the effects, but only as counter song while their opponents are singing; not to reserving the effects once made.

Two last minutes things: everyone gets 60*current level xp for the six months.

When you were about to leave Outpost 8, the Lord Commander gave each of you an item from the armory as a thanks / reward / to keep safe.  I have the written list somewhere, but if you have it written you can think about if you kept it.
