After much consideration, in no particular order:

1) The battle at Palumbpton Stadium: the end of the Bane. One of the most satisfying ends of any arc.
2) The battle at the Forest Edge: the end of Riot and his corruption.
3) The battle of Barnstenagore: so many chaos trolls and an epic alignment debate. I always expected to see more of Lench.
4) The dragons visit the Bardic College in Icefia: by visit I mean attack. Great crossover with a wide variety of characters. That thread is unfortunately lost on the archive page but had some great on boards follow up.

I'm going in the way back machine for the next one, TPK - everyone dies at Whitefalls.  Despite the DMs best efforts, Avegneer, Brevis, Zalthor Gnick and Atten all met their ends.

I don't know if it qualifies as top 18, but I always smile when I think of the time Malchia polymorphed into a dragon and turned away an entire mongoloid army of over 10,000.  I don't know where they were headed, but I'd like to think something catastrophic was prevented that day.

That's a good one, although there was much angst from other PCs over that.

This might not make the top 18 but it is definitely a moment that has been talked about many times.  Ajax waking the sleeping troll causing my character to die.  If he had just left it alone...

I love that a random encounter caused by a critical failure on a Use Magic Device check resulted in a new religion.

The next one is probably the saddest of all, the final death of Lennie.

That was sad.  At least it was an epic battle the dragon underground.
