I can't decide what level to take for Razilav, so I want to go with which class skills he has used the most this season.  So in your opinion; which of the following classes has he done the most abilities from / acted like this season:

• Ranger
• Rogue
• Tinker
• Bard
• Monk

• Ranger
• Two-Weapon Fighting - enough said
• Rogue
• Sneak attacks are always nice
• Tinker
• In a group with no other technology leaning person, this probably fills the biggest gap
• Bard
• Lesser-Illiya
• Monk
• You can punch better and run further at later levels, but we have other melee heavy players

For me, it is a toss up between Ranger (two-Weapon fighting) and Tinker (distracting spider for the win)

Why don't you take another base class? 

Or you could always go Oddsmaker and get +1 everything at 1st level...
