To maximize the players for the SNAP; I will go through day by day starting with July 6th. Right now, there is none of those days I could not do, although Wednesdays would be an 830 start. When you start to know of days you can't make over the next six months, let me know so I can fill them into the schedule.

An interesting question, especially if it involves any resting XP for time spent between sessions. I think I'd like to know who to prepare since I have so many characters at this point.

I don’t anticipate softball this year so I should be free any Monday or Tuesday or Saturday or Sunday. I’d rather not do a 9pm start on a weeknight (Wednesday) and if we are in anything resembling normalcy I still won’t be around on Thursdays.

For the purposes of avoiding conflict for your story, don't go past the middle of 790.

To keep a consistent reference, when referring to the SNAP, it is the date of the battle at the Circle of Magic in 796. Also, it becomes known as sung by Daane

I am not available any of those times. I am going to be down the shore on both the 10th and 17th and I highly doubt I will be able to play the day after I come back.
The 3rd might be possible but I wouldn't know until it got a lot closer and I imagine that won't be good for others. The 24, 25th 31 and 1st of Aug all work better for me but I am sure someone else might be away.

That seems less likely. Just considering travel time for Greg Tom and I, we’d probably just get in a normal night session. If we want to go that route we’d be better off playing it in place of some fall or summer week night sessions.

I would agree with that.
By the looks of things, with many vacation, we will be missing more than the normal number of summer sessions, so cutting into them wouldn't be an option for a full season.
In addition, I doubt Master Po would be able to attend anything but a Saturday or Sunday.

Fair enough. I'm just trying to figure out what works best for the group. As it stands, I'm likely unavailable for 7/24 and 7/25 which seems to work best for everyone else.

I’d say that makes 8/7 8/8 more attractive. Especially as your house proved ideal last time.

You know the plane you are walking into, which is lawful with hints of evil. So chaos magic may not function as well.
You can have lesser items as you so fit, but keep in mind the stories (Keldaan for example was on the run and near the end of his rope and probably has fewer items).
With the Iott and the collection going on, as well as magic less able to produce, the supply is limited.

That is correct.

Dovin tells everyone: Kallark now makes his home on Archeron, often referred to as The Infernal Battlefield and the Place without Mercy. Kallark has settled there more because of the latter.
Archeron is a strange plane, even by the standards of the outer planes. Upon first glance you’d think it was part of Limbo, rather than the plane of Law between Neutrality and Evil. Each layer of Archeron is home to thousands of floating geometric shapes. The vast majority are perfect cubes. Legend says they are fragments of broken gears from Mechanus that have been cast off over the eons. Each cube is floating in a void. They seem to move in random patterns but it’s actually connected to the will and discipline of those that are waging war upon them. Every so often one cube crashes into another and there’s a mini apocalypse on one or both.
The primary inhabitants of Archeron are Goblins and Orcs; the kind found just about everywhere but Habololy. They’ve been at war since the Dawn of the Material Plane. The good news is that Archeron has no native outsiders (Eladrin, Tanari etc). The bad news is that armies from all over the planes go there to practice warfare. So if we succeed and Kallark’s divine realm collapses we could find ourselves in the middle of a battlefield.
Kallark’s realm won’t be very big. He’s only a Demi-power and hasn’t been on Archeron that long. The bad news is that he’ll have access to all his salient divine abilities and if he chooses to summon aid it will be fiends and other lower planar creatures. If that occurs Acyll and I will deal with them as quickly as possible. The last thing we need is a few fiends turning into a small army.
On that note- no summoning. It tends to attract unwanted attention.
If we find ourselves on one of the cubes we will need a way to either open a gate or send for aid. Water and food are more precious than gold on Archeron as only within a few divine realms is anything farmed.
