How about an awaken clicker ability, where the cleric can temporarily give the clicker the ability to run itself?

Interesting. have it run for a number of rounds equal to the casters Cleric Level + Wis modifier. I don't see this being particularly useful for fire arms/epbuls, but for other clickers there are some interesting possibilities.

Another thought would be to allow his clerics to power clicker as an ability, but we have already created a feat to do that.
I was thinking the amount of time the clicker would be 'awakened' would be 2d6 + level + Wisdom, same as the hit dice in the normal turn undead.

By "run itself," do you mean simply that it activates on its own from whatever position it is in, or it animates so it can aim itself?

Awaken, so that it has a minimal intelligence to run itself, assuming it has power.
