Summoning

Summoning now requires concentration, which means you can't summon a bunch of creatures.

Characters now get full xp for defeating a summoned creature.

The later I've argued in favor of for years (since 3ed started)

The first doesn't make a lot of sense and seems contradictory to the XP.

Summoning now lasts an hour.  Concentration is required for control, but not to force the creature to remain.  It takes a minute to summon.
