What time do the festivities begin?  I just found out Joanne's schedule through 7/20 and she works Friday 7/20 overnight, so she won't be home until around 8am on 7/21.  I won't be able to get there early since she'll need to sleep.

The plan was to start at noon.  You could bring the kids and Dory could watch them until Joanne comes to get them.
