Title: Arsenal ability

How about an awaken clicker ability, where the cleric can temporarily give the clicker the ability to run itself?

Interesting.  have it run for a number of rounds equal to the casters Cleric Level + Wis modifier.  I don't see this being particularly useful for fire arms/epbuls, but for other clickers there are some interesting possibilities.

Another thought would be to allow his clerics to power clicker as an ability, but we have already created a feat to do that.

I was thinking the amount of time the clicker would be 'awakened' would be 2d6 + level + Wisdom, same as the hit dice in the normal turn undead.

By "run itself," do you mean simply that it activates on its own from whatever position it is in, or it animates so it can aim itself?

Awaken, so that it has a minimal intelligence to run itself, assuming it has power.

I think there are already enough repair abilities and spells to repair them out there.

I think the awaken ability is pretty good.  Whatever you want to call it...maybe animate clicker.  Let the clicker operate on it's own for a certain number of rounds.  If it's an item, it activates independently, if it's a weapon, maybe it can fire on it's own for "x" rounds at the operator's base attack bonus (no modifiers).  Something like that would be fun.

What are your thoughts on a clicker familiar?  Some sort of animated object that acts like a familiar except with shared technology abilities.  It would require a lot of thought, but maybe synergy bonuses on skills, pluses to use certain clickers, instead of communication with master you could have an alarm or something go off if danger is near or if the clicker is in danger of overheating or something.  There's a ton of possibilities.
