Mundane Equipment

While specialty and magical equipment will be tightly controlled.  Mundane equipment will not be.  You can have as many non-magical basic arrows as you want.  You can have as much ink and paper as you can carry.

Mundane equipment resets after each match, not duel.  If all of your arrows get broken, you are out of luck.
