Title: Round 2 Potion rules

In round 2, there will be a rules enforcement of potion drinking that we have mostly missed.

Drinking a potion in combat provokes an AoO, which can be made against the potion to destroy it before consumption.  An AoO made upon the drinker can prevent him from drinking it.
