Assuming the girdle is laying about even dumber than usual Tox will put it on. Possibly first as an armband or to better secure his cauldron. (Which by the way was fastidiously clean). He will then try lifting something he couldn't usually lift, such as Almost as Big Brother and Always Angry Brother at the same time.

You are able to lift more than usual, it grows in size to fit you around the waist.

A recap of the (funny?) events for Tarkin and Scratch:
Recap:

Bad Decision 1) Tox fires up the brothers and urges us to rush back to the estate to find the rest of the pack.  All this without allowing proper time to recover from our blood magic wounds.

Bad Decision 2) We agree with Tox

Bad Decision 3)
We stake out the estate and castle only to find complete ruin and utter destruction along with hundreds of Kobolds tearing down the walls around the stronghold.  The magic manor is completely entombed in earth and what remains of the castle is smoldering and falling apart.  It occurs to Tox that this would be a good time to find out more about what happened by "sneaking around" the wall and searching.

Bad Decision 4) We agree with Tox

Bad Decision 5) We trip an alarm when a Kobold scout sees/hears us and starts screeching to alert his companions that we're here.  Tarkin and Ozzle quickly dispatch this annoyance, but it's only a matter of moments before there are thousands of whiny, screeching Kobolds echoing through the dark woods.  At this point, DM lobs the group an underhanded softball the size of a watermelon in the form of a battle involving thousands of Kobolds who are dispatched by simply sneezing on them.  As a matter of fact, the group does just that to a couple of scouting parties on the way to the big battle.  We decimate dozens in mere seconds.  The group captures one of the Kobolds and questions it.  It claims all Halfling forces were eaten and all Gnolls slain and burned.  He is then sent on a one way ticket to Dedestroyt's realm.

Bad Decision 6) Kobold warriors form a line in front of the castle and a booming voice echoes out demanding we lay down our arms and surrender.  Disappearing Smart Brother says "no" to this proposal.  We then hear the roar of a hydra somewhere in the distance.  The Kobold army lays down tracking fire in the form of magically lit arrows and prepares to do battle.  The brothers bury the arrows in dirt to hide the light and sneak off into the darkness.

Bad Decision 7) Instead of taking this juicy piece of bait, Tox decides that using his blood magic to teleport into the castle would be a swell idea.  It isn't.  He haphazardly suggests to the group to "meet the rest of us at the top of the castle" and succeeds brilliantly in separating the pack.  Tox manages to knock himself unconscious in the use of his magic and brings Ozzle and Runty Brother along for the ride.  We drag Tox's unconscious body into an empty room near an exit point and proceed to scout downward under the castle grounds.

Bad Decision 8) Ozzle and Runty proceed to follow a series of underground tunnels that lead precisely nowhere.  The one tunnel they end up committing to leads to a dead end surrounded by loosely packed dirt and tree roots.

Bad Decision 9) The remaining brothers find their way into the ruins and come across a small contingent of Kobolds and some sort of feathery lizard folk.  They are standing over Tox's unconscious body.  Almost as Big Brother uses more blood magic to "scare the puny creatures away."  He succeeds, is weakened, but remains conscious although barely able to move.  DM proceeds to lob another softball to the group; this time the size of small tractor.  Almost every one of the enemy forces flees except for a few Kobolds and the lizard folk.  Disappearing Smart Brother dispatches the lizard folk with a handful of magic missiles...yes, that's right...magic missiles.  The rest of the Kobolds die easily.

Bad Decision 10) Instead of finishing off what remains of the enemy forces, they continue to look around for clues as to where the pack is and if there are any survivors, but not before stuffing Tox and Almost as Big into an empty room near the exit.  Turns out the pack animals track the scent of Gnoll in this room that contains a downward staircase, so they decide to head down into the tunnels to see what's what.  The problem is that the immobilized brothers are too big to fit down the stairs and tunnel.

Bad Decision 11) More blood magic is used to shrink the two immobilized bothers in order to fit.  It works long enough for the pack to be reunited, feel a small sense of accomplishment, then wear off just in the nick of time so that the shrunken brothers blow back up to normal size and block the pack into the dead end tunnel.  Even unconscious, Tox is able to figure out a way to thwart our progress.  This time in the form of a bloated wedge.

Bad Decision 12) Ozzle and Always Angry Brother start digging their way up to the surface.  The cave begins to collapse.  The pack hears enemy forces encroaching on their position.  Hope is fading.

Good Decision 1)
Disappearing Smart Brother decides to use his magic scroll to summon some celestial badgers to dig us out of the mess.  The badgers fill in the cave before disappearing.  The group then finds shelter and makes camp a couple miles outside of the estate area with their heads hung low.  After several days rest, the pack runs into a Halfling scout named Terry and questions him about what happened at the estate.  They exchange what little information they have and agree to work together to discover the truth.

Summary:

Gnolls + Blood Magic = Bad News

Tox + Blood Magic = Epic Failure

As a whole, the group managed to fail repeatedly, yet survive somehow.  We actually took a few steps backwards if that's possible.  If it's truly possible to learn from one's mistakes, then we should all be roughly epic level after this last adventure.

Tox looks confused. You're fairly sure no one has ever said that to him before.

He picks up the gauntlets and gives them a try.

They do not make you stronger or have any other obvious effect.

Tox looks at them, shrugs and throws them and the girdle back to where he found them.
