Does Detect Blessing let you figure out which Deity the divine spells belong to? If not that, who the caster worships?

Knowledge (religion) checks need to be made by the caster to determine that for each item.
Pretty confident Ash got his trophies before anyone got a chance to weigh in on the subject.
Where is Detect Blessing found? I can't seem to find it online. Is it a spell, domain ability, Habololian original, or something else?
